why I took this topic to create awareness for the people who are thinking about suicide…

why do people get these ideas, I personally feel that when they are discouraged, expectations vs reality times, Research shows that approximately 90% of people who have died by suicide were suffering from a mental illness at the time. The most common mental illness reported was depression. Depression can make people feel great emotional pain and loss of hope, making them unable to see another way to relieve the pain other than ending their own life. Most people make the decision to attempt suicide shortly before doing so impulsively rather than planning it out extensively.

Major risk factors for suicide include prior suicide attempt(s) Misuse and abuse of alcohol or other drugs. Mental disorders, particularly depression and other mood disorders.

No matter how much pain you’re experiencing right now, you’re not alone, there are people who need you, we are there with you.

Believe in God, everyone has to face this situation at least once, we have to overcome, according to survey every human being will come across this at least once in life, the first thing is to believe in yourself, have faith in you, that you can do it, and the second thing that we need to have in our mind is this, not ur life you don’t have to die, God has already written the faith, so in this short span of time do something great, which makes you and your parents feel proved. Believe in you if you are not successful once give a try try try until you get success, believe that “ You will do it, you can do it”.In the final sentence I want to say see all these incidents as part of your life, don’t see this all as your whole life. life is beautiful.
